Who's responsible

What we collect and why

When you book an intro call, the booking form asks for your name, email, company and anything you choose to add in the notes. We use exactly that to:

• run the intro call (send you the invite, the video link and reminders),
• prepare the AI audit you asked for,
• reschedule or cancel when you tell us to.

That's the whole list. No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no analytics beacons.

Who processes it

We use a small set of named processors, each for one job:

• Vercel — hosts this website,
• Neon — hosts the booking database,
• Brevo — sends the transactional emails (confirmations, reminders),
• Jitsi — runs the video call itself,
• Google — only if calendar sync is enabled for the founder's calendar.

How long we keep it

Booking records stay until the call is completed or cancelled, and are deleted on request. Ask at hello@ekkho.dev and it's gone.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data at any time — one email to hello@ekkho.dev does it. We never sell your data, and we never will.

AI-generated media

All videos, voice and visuals on this site are AI-generated and are disclosed in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Tools used include Kling 3.0 and Veo 3.1 via fal.ai. None of your booking data is used to train anything.
